The Bamboo Path

The image to the left shows how light creates a rhythm with the shadows of the bamboo sticks in the form of a colonnade. This would be interesting to render as a perspective as an afternoon snapshot. There is also a strong rhythm of vertical elements.

The Bathhouse

This assignment focused on a bathhouse program with lockers and changing rooms. The idea of the semi-circle in the plan evolved from the strategy to match the natural curve of the coast line.

Symmetry

This model was designed for my high school senior project. In this exercise, I focused on how certain factors influence the design of a home. The design on stilts was inspired by areas that have frequent flooding, like Florida. The increase in glazing is due to capturing views and sunlight. This was a superficial study of architectural design
